WMO (Beijing) CTX, a subsidiary of the WMO Group, provides global services for technical assessment of carbon credits and emission reduction projects, MRV (Monitoring-Reporting-Verification) system development, and international certification coordination. We assist project developers in implementing emission reduction and ecological restoration initiatives, helping to establish auditable, traceable, and tradable high-integrity carbon assets. Facing the reality of “multiple standards coexisting and methodologies rapidly evolving” in the international carbon market, WMO (Beijing) adheres to a technical approach of “standard neutrality and evidence chain priority”: Rather than tying projects to a single standard system, we focus on international market acceptability, systematically complete methodology adaptation, project boundary and baseline justification, Monitoring Plan (MP) design, data quality control (QA/QC), and certification document organization, Which significantly reduces the risk of rework and certification failure caused by changes in scope and insufficient evidence. Regarding the delivery mechanism, WMO (Beijing) adopts an organizational approach of “international coordination with local verification”: Local experts are organized at the project site to conduct on-site verification, sampling/spot checks, and evidence chain reviews. For verification/validation conclusions requiring certification issuance, these are issued and signed by third-party verification bodies (VVB/DOE) meeting the relevant rules and qualification scopes, WMO (Beijing) is responsible for the entire process's technical organization, closed-loop issue resolution, and compliance coordination. Under relevant UNFCCC pathways, we can coordinate with UN-recognized DOE institutions to complete corresponding procedural linkages, ensuring clear compliance boundaries, defined responsible parties, and results that are internationally marketable. The WMO Group's directors have long been engaged in advisory and exchange activities on climate and sustainability issues with relevant United Nations agencies.
